To those people who are having problems to receive messages via Google Talk on Android devices

If you have problems to receive messages with Gtalk take a look here, it’s a discussion thread on the Google Mobile help thread. The reason is unclear. Many people can send messages over Gtalk but don’t receive them. They tried different things to solve the problem nothing affects. It’s android software version independent. It’s country/carrier/language independent. Problem affects certain Google accounts randomly. It’s device manufacturer independent. Rooting your android phone does not solve the issue.
